Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during peak periods, holidays, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Minimum purchase thresholds and promotions may change at any time and will be displayed at checkout or on our website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Accurate shipping labels and address information help prevent delays, failed deliveries, and returned packages.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Eunoia Wellness is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building concierge
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their local government.

These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at eunoiawellness.shop@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions
